Hello friends! I hope everybody's doing okay, under the circumstances, if not better. I have been okay too, just spending most of my time either thinking about all the reading and assignments I have to do, or actually doing them. There's very little talk about a social life right now, although I do try and make time away from books too.

As you might have noticed, I have also not been very active on my blog and that is, once again, thanks to me devoting my entire time and space to school. What is this school I speak of, you ask? Well, let me enlighten you my fellow bloggers, beautiful strangers, friends and family.

I started at the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (or IB) August this year and since then, my life has never been the same again. Well, technically, I went back to the same lifestyle only this time, I was able to see it because of the gap year I took last year. I had fun, a good time and frankly speaking, I lived in an unrealistic world for real, for a year. It was just fun and games all year that some days I longed to be pulled back into reality, face good old life, and so here I am.

The IB is a diploma programme that aims to develop students who have excellent breadth and depth of knowledge (torture), students who flourish physically, emotionally, intellectually and ethically- the IB website. I would like to disagree with some of the points, because that has not been the case, or well, yea, okay IB. Maybe your plan is slowly working out. It seems like it.

Some of the core subjects of the IB are CAS and Theory of Knowledge, let's not dwell on the latter, it will come. The focus is CAS now, thus this blog post. I will be running a little project on my blog over the next few weeks because as part of Creativity (C of CAS), I decided to do something about something I love to do which is writing. Here is the plan:

Because I pride myself as open-minded and curious, I decided to interview eight friends from around the world, from back home in Namibia to the US to Indonesia. I tell you, my mind was blowing up just thinking about what I can make of this project, but I have decided to take it one step at a time. So, starting today, I will publish the interviews purely on my blog one by one. One last thing, all participants had to answer 15 questions and one bonus one, there was no right or wrong answer:)

The project was inspired by me being curious about different cultures, how people live in different parts of the world and how at the end of the day, we are all human. How we all have big dreams and how similar we are, no matter how different we might be in terms of nationality, age, race or any other excuses that we might come up with.

So, I hope you are as excited as I am about this project and please share and recruit people if you can, the plan is to go big, bring in everybody and let's connect!

love, Queen
